Rafael Rincón is a visionary entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience in construction, residential development, and large-scale project management. Born in Maracaibo, Venezuela, he developed an early passion for architecture, engineering, and business administration building a strong foundation that has fueled his lifelong mission: creating and transforming spaces that bring value and progress to communities.

Throughout his career, Rafael has led major projects across Venezuela and the Caribbean, including the construction and outfitting of institutions such as Banco Provincial, Banesco, Banco de Venezuela, and Bancaribe. He has also contributed to the creation of family businesses and consortiums, and has played an active role in the design and renovation of renowned hotels in Aruba and Isla Margarita. His portfolio includes residential developments, urban planning, and commercial and corporate buildings, demonstrating versatility and excellence in every project.

With a vision centered on innovation, quality, and efficiency, Rafael has advised companies and executive teams on business expansion, strategic planning, and workforce optimization.
